Over the past years, we have worked and spoken with hundreds of men – from executives in DAX corporations to small business owners, from craftsmen to military officers, from local government officials to international leaders, spanning all ages and backgrounds. Again and again, we have witnessed how passionately many men argue against gender equality, how much uncertainty and how many unanswered questions exist, and how deeply rooted patriarchal mindsets still are.
