To mark International Women's Day 2024, we had the opportunity to collaborate and cooperate with a number of outstanding leading companies and institutions in February and March. The keynotes and events (e.g. Safe Spaces and trainings) focused on the topics of male allyship, gender equality and inclusive leadership.
Each format had its own unique character and continues to have an impact. We were particularly pleased that many participants were open to a change of perspective and engaged in open and constructive discussions with each other.r.
Data and observations clearly show us that we still have a long way to go to achieve greater gender equality in society, politics and business. However, the events in the first quarter of this year and the willigness to progress and learn at the heart of our economy and public institutions also show that progress is being made! This is encouraging and gives us hope for the future.
